Delivery & Shipping

Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Our delivery team handles every order with care. You will receive a notification or call when your order is out for delivery.

We deliver everyday! Since we bake fresh, delivery slots and dates can be selected during checkout.

Cakes are heat-sensitive and perishable! Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and refrigerate it immediately. We cannot leave cakes unattended on doorsteps.

We bake fresh to order! We recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance. For large custom cakes, please allow 3-5 days.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our kitchen in Perumbavoor/Kochi to your delivery address.

No, we hand-deliver directly to physical addresses/homes/venues to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition.

Yes! We specialize in eggless baking and have a variety of gluten-free options available. Please check the product description or contact us for specific dietary requirements.

Absolutely! We love creating custom cakes. Please use our "Custom Request" form or contact us on WhatsApp with your design ideas and we'll bring them to life.

Cream cakes should be refrigerated until serving. Fondant cakes are best kept in an air-conditioned room. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

We try our best to accommodate last-minute cravings, but it depends on our daily schedule. Please call us directly to check availability for same-day delivery.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and bank transfers. Cash on delivery may be available for select locations.

Yes, our main bakery is located in Perumbavoor. You are welcome to visit us to discuss custom orders or pick up your treats!

For wedding cakes, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability and ample time for design consultations.

Yes, all our ingredients are halal-certified and we do not use alcohol in our standard cakes unless specifically requested for certain rum cakes.
